I worked on 2 event projects for Maybank. The copy work included event conceptualization, pitching, and event script writing. It might sound like a lot (and it quite is) but I worked under the wing of an amazing team which made things fun and easy.

Cashville Kidz

My first Maybank project was the Philippine launch of their Cashville Kidz program.

Maybank’s Cashville Kidz program aims to address the need for financial education in Philippine schools and is in line with the national agenda of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) of promoting financial literacy and inclusion among school-aged children.

In ceremonies held at the Maybank Performing Arts Theater, the launch was attended by guests of honour Deputy Governor Chuchi G. Fonacier of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas and Undersecretary Diosdado M. San Antonio of the Department of Education. They were joined by Malaysian Deputy Chief of Mission Rizani Irwan Muhamad Mazlan; MPI Chairman of the Board Puan Fauziah Hisham; MPI President and Chief Executive Officer Choong Wai Hong; and Shahril Azuar Jimin, CEO of Maybank Foundation.

R.I.S.E 2.0

For the project, my scope of work was pretty much the same —event conceptualization, pitching, and event script writing.

But I can’t deny that I poured a bit more of love in the project because I really love what it stands for.

Entitled “Reaching Independence and Sustainable Entrepreneurship 2.0”, or R.I.SE. 2.0, the program provides entrepreneurial training to disadvantaged and disabled communities across the ASEAN.

My amazing associate creative director and I came up with the event concept “Igniting Abilities”. A handle that sought to show that the R.I.SE project can help the disadvantaged and disabled to bring their own light to the world.
